Steak & Roast Sampler $196.00:
27 lbs includes 12 lbs. assorted steaks and 15 lbs. assorted roasts and other cuts.

PREMIUM Steak & Roast Sampler $196.00: 23 lbs of premium cuts includes 11 lbs. assorted steaks and 12 lbs. of roasts.
